Participant Requirements for Global Fox Trotter Promotion Group 

• Global Fox Trotter Promotion Group will try to advertise in as many magazine publications, at horse expos or shows, or other horse related events per year if participation supports such promotions.

• The targeted magazines are Horse Illustrated, The Trail Rider, Trail Blazer, At a Gait, Gaited Horse, and Western Horseman.

• A participant must participate in one promotion per calendar year.  The participant is welcome to participate in all promotions. You may also become a participant by submitting an article that is published in our newsletter.
• An individual will be considered a participant once they commit to participating in a promotion campaign and payment is made or when he/she submits an article that is published in our newsletter. 
• A participant will receive two free classified ads per year on the Global Fox Trotter Promotion Group website. These ads will run for six months.
• A participant may advertise additional horses at the cost of $5.00 per ad.
  • A stallion directory listing fee is $10.00 per ad.
• If a participant does not participate within one year’s time, their business card size ad, free link located on the Global Fox Trotter Promotion Group website, stallion directory ad, and classified ads will be deleted.
• Two graphic designers are available to help assist you in your ad design.  The price is dependent upon what you and the ad designer agree upon (The Global Fox Trotter Promotion Group is not involved in your ad design or fee.  This is between you and the graphic designer).  This ad will be the correct size and resolution for that particular promotional ad. You will own the ad and can get a copy of the ad if requested.
• The advantages to being a participant are:
• You will receive advanced notice about all promotional campaigns.
• Enjoy quality advertising for your ranch at our group rates.
• Have your ad displayed in our slideshow for one year on the Home page.
• Receive two free classified ads per ad campaign (additional horse for sale ads can be purchased for $5.00 per ad.  Ad will run for six months).
• Receive placement of your ranch ad on our Ranch Directory page.
• Purchase for a nominal fee of $10.00/year/stallion a listing of your stallion/stallions on our Stallion Directory page.
• Receive our monthly newsletter and enjoy camaraderie with other MFT breeders and owners who share common interests.         
• Even if you do not participate in every magazine promotion, the link to the Global Fox Trotter Promotion Group will be located on every magazine promotion ad; so if there is an interested buyer, they can go to the Global Fox Trotter Promotion Group website and find your website.
• This group was created to market our breed through collective promotion. To participate, you must be marketing registered Missouri Fox Trotters first and foremost.
